About The Resort at Squaw Creek
The Resort at Squaw Creek is located along the edge of Squaw Valley’s meadow and below Red Dog Ridge of the Squaw Valley Ski Area. What was formerly hotels rooms and suites, has taken new form. After a major renovation in 2005, beautiful condos with extraordinary views have emerged at the Resort at Squaw Creek featuring luxurious finishes, expansive windows, and a priceless ski-in ski-out location.
The sales event for these condos took place in March 2005, at which approximately 70% of the condos sold. After a brief hiatus, the remaining units became available July 2005. These fee simple ownership condos include studio, one, two and three bedroom units. Penthouse units are also in the mix and are located on the 8th and 9th floors on the side of the building that views the Squaw Valley Ski Area. These two story units at the Resort at Squaw Creek offer truly dramatic views of the valley.

You have the option to drive over to the main base, however, The Resort at Squaw Creek has a ski lift just outside it’s doors allowing skiers and boarders to start their day onsite.
