Larry Lawrence began selling real estate in 1974 and started his real estate business in 1985. Lawrence Realty, (sometimes mistaken as Larry Lawrence Realty or Lawrence Real Estate) is an entirely family owned and operated real estate business. Chiara, his daughter, joined Larry’s real estate business in 1998, creating “A Father Daughter Team”. Ron Gajar, Chiara’s husband, joined the Lawrence Realty team in early 2005.

About Larry Lawrence

Larry Lawrence (License #00478247) has been a Squaw Valley local since 1969 and a licensed realtor since 1974.  He is a long time member of the Squaw Valley Property Owner's Association, a founding member of the Squaw Valley Institute, a Residential Director for the Village at Squaw Valley Neighborhood Company and a Residential Director for the Resort at Squaw Creek Homeowner’s Association.

Larry Lawrence has been married to Vikki Ruggiero Lawrence of Marin County, since 1972.  Together they raised two daughters, Chiara and Sabrina, in Squaw Valley.  Larry enjoys selling real estate, skiing, golfing, and yachting.  He worked with Charles Irwin Yacht Brokerage in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl from 1981-2004.

About Chiara and Ron Gajar

Chiara Gajar (License #01250248) was born and raised in Squaw Valley and joined Larry in the real estate business in 1998, making Squaw Valley her home once again. She returned to Squaw Valley after studying and playing Div. I volleyball at the University of San Francisco. In addition to real estate, Chiara coached the Squaw Valley Mighty Mite ski team for 7 seasons and competed in Winter X-Games and Gravity Games winning with gold, silver and bronze medals.

Ron Gajar (License #01476946) was born in Melbourne, Australia and grew up in Slovakia. He made his way to Squaw Valley in 1997, following his love of the mountains and skiing.  From 1997 to 2004, he was a Level III Certified Ski Instructor for Squaw Valley.  Ron joined the Lawrence Realty team in 2005.

Chiara, Ron and their children Toby and Stella, live in Squaw Valley and are active members of the community.  They are founding members of the Squaw Valley Institute and members of the Squaw Valley Property Owner's Association.  They enjoy selling real estate, traveling, skiing, mountain biking, water sports and playing in local volleyball leagues.
